Apprentice Transport Refrigeration Mechanic | Transkool Refrigeration Positions available in Wangara and Darwin Full time position Monday to Friday Certificate II pre-apprenticeship required Transkool Refrigeration Air-Conditioning Service and Repair Company have a head office based in Yarrawonga, they offer a 24 hours 7 days per week priority mobile service operation incorporating the service, maintenance, repair and installation of a variety of refrigeration units. Opportunities have arisen for an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice at both their Wangara (WA) and Darwin (NT) locations.  Do you want to be part of a busy and vibrant team, live in the local area and hold a driver’s licence? Applicants with some knowledge of working with hand tools, and who have completed an associated certificate II pre-apprenticeship qualification will be given priority.  You will be required to demonstrate the ability to follow and understand instructions, have a good grasp of OH&S and be able to work under your own initiative also have a clean manual drivers licence. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will also need the following traits: Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening Able to obtain a police clearance Possess an interest in trades (air-conditioning and refrigeration) Have an enthusiastic approach to completing your apprenticeship Apprentices are hands on from day one.
